As a Wellness Coach, Flo’s aim is to empower you with the knowledge to take charge of your own wellbeing by setting manageable and sustainable goals. Using techniques such as yoga, breath-work and meditation, in addition to looking at your diet and sleep routine, we will create positive change which will have a huge impact on your overall health.
With Flo guiding you, we will take the time to explore any limiting beliefs and habits that may be holding you back from achieving your highest health – and then break them down!
What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching looks at your mental and physical wellbeing as a whole by exploring your diet, exercise, sleep, day to day routine and general lifestyle. Together, we will then make small but sustainable changes to improve your overall health, addressing any imbalances and setting realistic and achievable goals. Flo will be with you every step of the way, supporting you, guiding you and holding you accountable.
Coaching courses run in 6 or 12 week blocks.
