Are you keen to try yoga or a yoga retreat but feel you don’t have enough yoga expereince? Then this really is the retreat for you!
This half day retreat will lay down the foundations of yoga in a relaxed and welcoming environment. You will have the chance to experience a flowing yoga sequence, yin yoga, guided meditation and deep relaxation. Each aspect will be tailored to those who have wither never tried yoga before or who have been to a few classes but want to take the next step with a retreat experience in a safe space.
Flo has been practcing yoga for 10 years and has been teaching for the past 3. She has a very lighthearted and friendly approach to teaching and aims to leave you feeling relaxed and enthusiastic about yoga! The numbers are limited to 10 people, so each attendee can benefit from a more personal interaction with your teacher and have the chance to ask any questions.
All equipment is provided, as well as a tasty vegetarian lunch.
