With December just around the corner this mini retreat is the perfect way to boost your immune system and recharge those batteries before the madness of December begins!
This will be a relaxing afternoon beginning with a nourishing yoga flow filled with postures which are great for targeting the immune system, stimulating the lymphatic system and encouraging our bodies to keep fit and healthy during the cold and flu season. Afterwards we will settle ourselves in for some restorative yin yoga and a wonderfully long savasana, allowing us to relax our minds and our bodies and giving us that much needed time just to slow down and recharge.
Everyone who attends will get a mini goodie bag, along with a delicious and nutritious homemade juice, filled with nutrients that help our hard working immune system. Any level and body is welcome.
