Join me for 2.5 hours of delicious and restorative Yin Yoga on Saturday 31st August. As we reach the end of the summer months it is the perfect time to unwind, relax and recharge.
Yin has become increasingly popular and for good reason. With most people following a busy and fast-paced lifestyle, it is easy to get caught up in to-do lists and constant activity, yet it is therefore even more important to stop, slow down and just be.
I am truly excited to share this incredible practice with you in our stunning Oxfordshire venue. We will indulge in some guided meditation, yin and a deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and nourished.
This workshop is open to any level and ability and will be covering the foundations of Yin yoga, so beginners and advanced practitioners are all welcome.
