项目概况：项目位于贵阳市白云区，紧邻泉湖公园，地铁2号线，地处白云区黄金腰线，与贵阳千年地标南普陀寺隔街相望，俯瞰泉湖公园城市绿洲。远眺观山湖区，拥有城市核心地段绝版景观资源。占地面积67394.7 ㎡，建筑面积：67394.7 ㎡，容积率：1.0，航空限高不超过24米。

Projection Overview: The project base is located in the north of Qingzhen City, Guizhou Province, west of Phoenix Qi Phase I, south of Guizhou Phase I, at the intersection of Baihua Road and Jinqing Avenue. Here convenient transportation, and close contact with the first phase, breaking through the Shanghai style of architecture, the use of Beijing-style official flavor, traditional North School and modern style of a combination of new architectural style. It is a leisure tourism real estate project which integrates tourism, vacation, leisure, accommodation and entertainment. It is the first leisure tourism theme commercial district in Guiyang based on cultural heritage.
