Flo is a Wellness Coach; and Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She specialises in supporting any woman with their mental and physical health. Flo’s mission is to help women who suffer from anger and anxiety to take charge of the mental health to cultivate self-acceptance and self-empowerment.
Having suffered with anger management and anxiety from an early age, due to a rocky home life. Flo eventually found self-acceptance through a series of mindset techniques, yoga and personal coaching. Realising the profound affect each of these techniques had on her own wellbeing, she realised she wanted to share her own story and encourage other women to feel the same.
Flo has taken extensive training in meditation, yoga, anatomy and nutrition and uses each of these techniques to bring a uniquely tailored and personable approach for each of her clients.
